ARIAS processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Please note you must place your order by 12:00 PM EST to ship same-day.
International Shipping
International shipping is available for a flat fee of $50 and will generally arrive within 6-10 business days. Please note that the recipient is responsible for any associated duties and taxes.
RETURNS
ARIAS accepts complimentary returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items within 15 days of you receiving the item, provided that all original tags are attached. Items marked “final sale” on the product page are not eligible for return.
To complete a return, email support@ariasnewyork.com with your order number or name and the reason for return. A customer service representative will contact you within 24-48 hours. You will receive a return authorization (RA) and a prepaid shipping label. Your full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 1-2 days of receiving the item once the return has been received and processed by our warehouse.
Please note that international orders are not eligible for complimentary returns. For international returns, please contact support@ariasnewyork.com for an RA.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
We offer a one-time price adjustment on items purchased at full price that have been marked down within 14 days of purchase. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
PREORDERS
Items available for preorder appear with the option to "Preorder" rather than "Add to Cart"; the estimated delivery window for each item is located on the product page beneath the description. When purchasing an item available for preorder, you will be charged immediately. Once your preordered item(s) ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
